ABOUT US

A Sommelier and a CPA walk into a bar…we mean, bakery…?

Fig & Foundry owners, Frank Schad and Ashley Warren, met at a local bakery where Frank works as a baker, among many other jobs. He is also an entrepreneur and owner of Rose & Thorns, a premium Oklahoma-based syrup company. Ashley got a job at the same bakery for a fun, side job where she packaged baked goods for wholesale and retail sale.

Frank has over a decade of experience in the service industry, previously working at local, upscale bars and earning his Sommelier license in the process. Ashley is a Certified Public Accountant and currently works remotely from her home in Tulsa. The two met at the bakery, realized their shared passion as foodies who appreciate quality, and decided to open up their own business. Ashley is the business, client-facing side of the brand, while Frank runs the operational side. Together, they head up a company that brings specialty bartending services and beverages to Tulsa and beyond.

Fig and Foundry was founded on the idea that bartending services can be boutique, extraordinary, and an experience of their very own- vibrant and vivacious bartenders creating elevated, old-school cocktails and innovative new mixes.

We pride ourselves on outstanding quality and service. With a variety of offerings to choose from, and an exclusive seasonal menu, Fig & Foundry aims to elevate your events.

To uphold this quality, we only use the finest products on the market including Oklahoma-based or house-made simple syrups, hand-pressed juices, and local produce when possible.

Like lemons make lemonade and April showers bring May flowers, figs and foundries also make use out of seemingly tough situations.

Fig & Foundry is meant to represent the resilience that comes from challenges- the idea that we don’t know what the highest highs are without experiencing the deepest lows. This is our high- finding our true passion by serving you all, only made possible by pure grit to get out of the lows. Come and join us on this ascend.
