We offer details on our four packages with base pricing. All packages can be customized, but we think these basics are great as they are or a starting point to build off of!

Once we receive your inquiry, we will respond within 48 hours. If we are available on your desired date, we will send a proposal listing services, prices, and all the good details.
Feel free to send edits to the proposal as needed! We can do multiple rounds to get it just right.
Once it looks good, accept the proposal to receive a client contract and an official invoice.

When the proposal looks good, accept it to receive a client contract and an official invoice.
Sign the contract and pay the non-refundable deposit to reserve your date! Date is not secured until both of these are received.
Our payment structure is as follows:
25% of the total invoice is due as a non-refundable deposit to reserve the date
50% due 2 weeks before the event
Final 25% due 48 hours before the event
four | CONSULT
With all the paperwork completed, now comes the fun part! Meet with F&F owners for brainstorming and menu consultation- this can be in person, or virtual. Not sure what you’re wanting? We have a menu full of fantastic options- some classics, some seasonal. Want something unique? Let’s create something new just for your event!
We will also discuss day-of details such as location layout, timing, final guest count, etc.
Amendments to the original invoice can be made at this time.
F&F will send you a shopping list based on what you decided during our consultation. This list will contain detailed types and quantities, options of our favorite brands, and stores we like to shop at.
Want us to handle it? We’d be happy to place the order, pick it up, and deliver it! All you’ll have to do is pre-purchase the alcohol before we can bring it to your event.
Per state laws, we are unable to buy the alcohol and then serve it.

Party time! We’ll show up at your event 1.5 hours before the start time. This will give us time to set-up, prepare any last minute items, and be ready for your guests arrival!
