Do you offer the sale of alcohol?

State laws prevent us from providing alcohol. However, alcohol can be purchased by the client and our team will assist you through the ordering process and pick up/deliver your prepaid orders. Our licensed bartenders are legally allowed to serve it so once you buy it, we can take over!

Do you carry insurance and what kind of insurance is required?

We carry General Event Insurance and Liquor Liability Insurance. It is your responsibility to obtain the proper licenses and permits for the event.

Can you serve a non-alcoholic event?

Yes, we are happy to provide service for any type of event and have a variety of non-alcoholic drinks on our menu- including delicious mocktails!

Where are you located and how far will you travel?

We are located in Tulsa, OK and service the surrounding areas within a 25 mile radius. We are willing to travel for an additional $0.50/mile and possibly lodging expenses depending on the time of your event.

Can you help us plan a drink menu for our event?

Absolutely! Menu consultation is a part of all of our packages! We offer a menu that contains old-school classics and rotating seasonal items with a wide range of beverage options to choose from. If you are throwing a particular themed event, we are more than happy to customize a menu specific to your wants!

What is your payment and refund policy?

We require a 25% of the total invoice non-refundable deposit to reserve the date and time. The next 50% is due two weeks before the event, with the final 25% being due 48 hours before the event.

Any modifications to service items will be handled as a separate invoice.

What does Fig & Foundry require for setup?

This is very dependent on the venue and layout and can be discussed as part of the inquiry/consultation. Ideally, we will need a flat surface at least 6 feet wide if we are providing our own bar.

Will you deliver kegs to our venue?

Absolutely! If you are wanting kegs, or to use our tap bar to store/serve kegs, we can pick up pre-purchased items and bring them with us.

Kegs are heavy, cumbersome, and must be kept chilled to get the absolute best product. We have systems in place to help keep them cold and delicious.

How many beverages can we choose?

Each package comes with a set number of items, but additional beverages can always be added!

Do we have to bring the cups/ice?

Nope! Fig & Foundry will take care of this. We are pros in knowing how many of each are needed to pull off the event!

The planning, pick up, and logistics for cups and ice are part of our signature services and included with any booking!

Typically, we use a 12oz cup for beer and a 9oz cup for wine and cider and signature cocktails. These cups are clear plastic.

For customers wanting to use real glasses, we have preferred rental businesses we work with. We can pick up rented glassware and bring it with us as well for a small fee.

How much alcohol do we need?

A typical guideline is one drink per person per hour. Some will drink more and some will drink less.

As an example: 100 guest wedding x 4 hours of reception time = 400 servings needed. We will help you calculate quantities of beer/wine/liquor/etc. based on your menu and guest count.

There is always room to make it more budget friendly- for example, maybe you want to offer a mocktail in place of a cocktail, saving you the money on that liquor expense. Another possibility would be to offer a cocktail on tap instead of shaken- this will save on labor expense. Additionally, maybe a lot of your guests don’t drink. In this case, we can offer other upscale items such as seasonal lemonade, nitro cold brew, etc.

Can we bring our own liquor?

Yes - or you can order it and we’ll pick it up. Fig & Foundry does not have a liquor license, which means we can’t purchase the alcohol and then serve it. We only carry the insurance to serve.

When would you arrive (and leave)?

We arrive 1.5 hours ahead of the event start time in order to get everything set up perfectly

We leave as soon as bar service ends, and we have cleaned up. Remaining, unopened liquor is boxed up for the host to take home.

Do you provide non-alcoholic beverages?

We can provide water jugs and/or bottled water. We also offer a mocktail menu, or would be happy to create custom mocktails. These can be shaken by one of our top-tier bartenders, or served on tap.

How do I reserve bar services for my wedding or event?

If we determine that our services are a good fit for your event, you’ll receive an initial proposal based on the filled-out application.

Edits can be made to the proposal. After the proposal is accepted, you will receive an agreement and an invoice which can be signed and deposit paid online.

Once the deposit is paid, your date is reserved we will set up a time for in-person or virtual consultation.

Do the bartenders use a fancy garnish before serving for the signature cocktails to make them feel elevated?

Yes, we pride ourselves on presentation. Every drink will come with a garnish that is included in our base fee.  

Can you do cash bar?

We can do a cash bar in a few, very specific circumstances. The venue must have the required license and a way to collect the funds. Unsure about what licenses your venue has? Contact us!

My caterer/venue already has bartenders- could you work with them?

We are usually hired as THE bar - but we can also function as a separate, secondary bar and would operate independently. We could serve different drinks, or bring our tap bar!
